Delivery Fees

We currently offer free nationwide delivery as an introductory promotion. This promotion may be changed or withdrawn in the future.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. One Click is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged or Missing Orders
